Thank you for your interest in EZ2Trade Software.  I am the co-founder, "trader-at-large", and an avid and long time subscriber to the EZ2Trade Charting Collection.  So there are few things I want to share with you.  EZ2Trade Software is a software developer and education provider.  The EZ2Trade Charting Collection is an "add on"  requires a subscription to eSignal Premier, as eSignal supplies the charts and data needed.  I personally have used eSignal for over a decade and would not even consider trading without it, but that's me.  There are many good companies out there supplying data, eSignal is simply the one I choose for my analysis - and it's what you will need to run the EZ2Trade Charting Collection.  So now that we've got that out of the way, the second thing is that you can purchase the EZ2Trade Charting Collection at a number of other sites that are affiliates or "resellers".  The staff here at EZ2Trade Software works hand-in-hand with these sites.  You can ofcourse purchase the software here at this site and also directly through eSignal as a premium add-on.  The subscription costs and version may vary.  Regardless of the company that you feel most comfortable with, you will be getting technical support through EZ2TradeSoftware.com.  Third, the folks over at EZ2Trade Software traders and watch the market throughout the day so please try to reach them via email first.  It is typically the quickest way to get an answer to your question.  Ofcourse feel free to call with your questions anytime between 9am and 4pm EST.  If you have purchased the software through eSignal or raghee.com, please direct any billing questions to them directly.
